This agreement is between you and Kinexus Sports LLC. By accessing or using Kinexus Sports, you agree to these Terms. If you are using Kinexus on behalf of a minor, you confirm that you are the parent, guardian, or authorized adult responsible for that user's access.
Kinexus is not intended for children under 13. Users ages 13 to 17 should use Kinexus only with permission from a parent or guardian. We may limit or remove access if we cannot verify that the app is being used appropriately.
Kinexus provides soccer training content, movement analysis, player type feedback, progress tracking, and training recommendations. Features may change as the product improves.
Kinexus is not medical advice, physical therapy, diagnosis, or injury treatment. Stop training if pain, dizziness, or unsafe conditions occur. Consult a qualified professional before beginning a new training program when appropriate.
Users are responsible for the videos and information they upload. You confirm that you have the right to upload the content and allow Kinexus to process it to provide app features. Do not upload content that violates another person's privacy, contains unrelated personal information, shows unsafe activity, or focuses on someone who has not agreed to be recorded for this purpose.
Paid features may be offered through the app, web checkout, Apple, Google, or another supported payment provider. Subscription terms, renewals, cancellations, refunds, and trials will be shown at the point of purchase and handled according to the applicable payment platform.
Do not misuse the service, attempt to reverse engineer the app, interfere with the platform, upload unlawful content, evade scan limits, automate excessive requests, or use Kinexus in a way that could harm another person or overload the service.
Kinexus Sports owns the app design, brand assets, original training content, software, and related materials. Users may not copy, sell, or redistribute Kinexus content except as allowed within the app.
