For scan issues, tell us the scan type, sport, device, and what happened after upload. Do not email private youth video unless support specifically requests it.

Is Kinexus medical advice?

No. Kinexus provides training feedback and movement coaching, not medical advice, diagnosis, physical therapy, or injury treatment.

Does a skill progress scan change my player type?

No. The initial match scan is used for the player's profile. Skill scans are designed to help track progress on specific training areas.

Can parents contact support?

Yes. Parents or guardians can contact support for account, privacy, consent, subscription, or data requests.
