Kinexus Sports LLC operates Kinexus Sports. We may collect account information such as name, email address, sport, position, training goal, training level, consent status, subscription status, and app activity. When a user uploads a video, we may collect the video file, scan metadata, and derived movement analysis needed to provide the feature.
Uploaded videos may be stored securely so we can provide match results, baseline history, skill progress history, training recommendations, review screens, and related app features. Some videos may be sent to trusted AI or video-analysis providers to generate movement feedback. Kinexus does not use movement analysis for identity verification or authentication.
Kinexus is built for developing athletes. Users under 13 are not permitted to create an account or submit videos. Users ages 13 to 17 should use Kinexus only with permission from a parent or guardian. We may collect a guardian email address and consent record to document that permission. If we learn that personal information from a child under 13 was collected, we will take steps to delete it.
We use information to operate the app, personalize training, process scans, maintain account security, provide support, manage subscriptions, improve reliability, and comply with legal obligations.
We may use trusted providers for hosting, database services, authentication, payment processing, analytics, file storage, email, customer support, and AI or video processing. These providers are used to operate Kinexus, protect the service, and deliver app features. We do not permit these providers to sell your personal information through our use of their services.
Users can request deletion of account and training data through the app settings or by contacting contact@kinexussports.com. We will delete or de-identify account records, training records, stored video references, and related app data unless retention is required for legal, security, billing, dispute, or abuse-prevention reasons. Backups and provider logs may take additional time to expire.
Kinexus may use third-party AI or video-analysis systems to process uploaded videos and generate app feedback. Private user videos are processed to provide Kinexus features, not to identify the athlete. We do not sell private youth videos, and our intent is not to use private youth videos to train public foundation models.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect information. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, so users should avoid uploading sensitive content unrelated to training.
